AAFRB is committed to maintaining and improving industry safety standards. AAFRB
asks LPG Autogas vehicle owners to check whether their vehicle is fitted with a
SIDEK brand pressure relief valve (PRV). Below is an image of the valve. It can
be identified by the words SIDEK PRX and the number AGA 6394 stamped into the
top surface.
WHAT SHOULD I DO?

your LPG Autogas vehicle or use the flow chart document at the bottom of this
page "Automotive multiple tank installations".

WHAT VEHICLES ARE AFFECTED
The vehicles affected by this advice are those fitted with a SIDEK brand valve
(see picture right of text) with the following words "SIDEK PRX, AGA 6394, 2.55

dates August 2003 to March 2005.
